CLEANING FEE
Why do we have a separate, mandatory cleaning fee?
We are very particular about properly cleaning the homes between guests. The amount we charge reflects the time it takes to clean between guests which is between 6 - 8 hours.
A financial example:
The Garden Apartment is 150.00 per night. Cleaning costs $150.00. If we don’t separate the cleaning fee, we would have to charge 225.00 per night with a 2 night minimum to pay the 150.00 it costs to clean. If you stay for more than 2 nights, that extra $150.00 starts to add up...
The longer you stay, the more you benefit...
With the cleaning fee separated, a 2 night stay is $450.00 or $225.00 per night. A 3 night stay at $150.00 per night plus $100.00 cleaning is a total of $600.00 which works out to be $200.00 per night. A 4 night stay is a total of $750.00 which works out to $187.50 per night, 5 nights is $900.00 or 180.00 per night etc.
Our accommodation rates include all taxes, utilities and maintenance.
